Pole dance moves - back bend

Doing a back bend can help you to stretch but it can be tricky to
do at first. I would say unless you are used to a spinning pole you
should try it on a static pole first so that you don't spin and
fall back. Practice over and over until it feels comfortable. Once
you learn to hold the pole securely you will feel safer and it will
become easier to do a back bend.

Tiffany Tease doing a back bend while pole dancing. She is way down
on the floor. You can do back bends while standing or while doing
floor work. I did some yesterday in my pole dance work out and it
felt really good. I needed the stretch. I did both kinds.. on the
floor and standing up.
