Have you ever had a night were you are lay in bed and are wanting to go to sleep but you can't. I hate it when my mind is running wild and I'm trying to sleep but can't I always try everything to fall a sleep but the only thing I have found to work is to do a killer work out that almost makes me collaspe from the pain

I have that happen a lot. I always think of so many things while I am trying to fall asleep. It could be anything on my mind.. but one of the things that always keeps me up is wanting to hang out on the site more and keep posting stuff. I sleep next to my computer lol.
